Transforming National Response to Human Trafficking in and from Albania

Në kuadër të programit “Transformimi i Përgjigjes Kombëtare ndaj Trafikimit të Qënieve Njerëzore në dhe nga Shqipëria” i cili mbështetet nga Qeveria e Mbretërisë së Bashkuar dhe implementohet nga Unicef Albania, Key Adviser zhvilloi në Bashkinë Mat, në datat 30-31 Gusht Trajnimin “ Procedurat standarte për referim, trajtim, dhe mbështetje psiko-sociale për viktimat e trafikimit dhe viktimat e mundshme të trafikimit”.Në këtë trajnim ishin të pranishëm administratorë dhe punonjës të njësive administrative të Bashkisë Mat cilët kanë detyra funksionale për referimin dhe riintegrimin socio-ekonomik të viktimave të trafikimit dhe viktimave të mundshmë të trafikimit.Pjesmarrësit në trajnim përtej diskutimeve për raste të ndryshme të trajtuara, nga përvojat e tyre profesionale, realizuan dhe punë në grupe me raste hipotetike të viktimave të trafikimit në lidhje me hapat procedurialë që duhet të ndiqen, për identifikimin, referimin, mënyrat e trajtimit të rasteve, si dhe format e ofrimit të mbëshetjes për riintegrim. Objektiv i trajnimit ishte informimi, ndërgjegjësimi, rritja e kapaciteteve në nivel vendor si dhe forcimi i bashkëpunimit ndërinstitucional për arritjen e një partneriteti të qëndrueshëm përgjatë implementimit të projektit si dhe vazhdimi i identifikimit dhe referimit të viktimave të trafikimit dhe viktimave të mundshme të trafikimit.

In the framework of the program “Transforming National Response to Human Trafficking in and from Albania” which is supported by the Government of the United Kingdom and implemented by Unicef Albania, Key Adviser organized on 30-31 August in Mat Municipality, the Training “Standard procedures for referral, treatment, and psycho-social support for victims of trafficking and potential victims of trafficking” This training was attended by administrators and employees of the administrative units of Mat Municipality who have functional duties for referral and socio-economic reintegration of victims of trafficking and potential victims of trafficking. The participants in the training, beyond discussions on various cases from their professional experiences, also worked in groups with hypothetical cases of victims of trafficking regarding the procedural steps to be followed, for identification, referral, ways of handling cases, as well as forms of providing reintegration support. The objective of the training was to inform, raise awareness, increase capacity at the local level and strengthen inter-institutional cooperation to achieve a sustainable partnership throughout the project implementation and to continue the identification and referral for victims of trafficking and potential victims of trafficking.
