Supporting MoFE and the executing agency NAES to conduct the tracing survey for graduates and trainees of the public VET Providers in Albania for the year 2017. Cooperation with MoFE and GIZ in technical discussions required to set up and run two tracing survey of the graduates and trainees graduated from the public VET providers. Supporting NAES to conduct survey for 33 Vocational Secondary Schools for the academic year 2016-2017 for about 3500 graduates. Support NAES on conducting tracing survey for 10 Public Vocational Center for the period Jan-Dec 2017 about 16,000 trainees. Preparation of the final report reflecting the activities carried during the assignment.

Boosting employment and self-employment for 240 skilled youth in Elbasan labor market in the field of Technology of Seafood Processing, Culinary Art, Hospitality, Pizza Maker, through joint cooperation with local private companies and by forging synergies and exchange whenever its possible with Labor Office, local government structures and relevant Giz ProSeed projects and partners.

Providing training on Soft Skills, Business Start Up, English Language and Tourist Guide for 50 young unemployed people mainly from rural areas of Diber Municipality. Cooperation with GIZ, Labor Office, Diber Municipality, Directory of Social Services, and Vocational School “Nazmi Rrushiti” to identify the potential unemployed jobseekers to follow the training. Developing learning materials for the training’s soft skills, start up, English language and tourist guide. Informing the participants on job placement or self-employment mechanisms.

Development and integration of a specific chapter for migration and Diaspora into the current local plans and strategies for 5 municipalities. Stakeholders mapping and analyses of the local situation on migration and diaspora, cross sectorial review of the existing plans and strategies to better assess the crosscutting fields of relevance to migration and diaspora intervention. Developing a methodology for the integration process into their 5 local development plans. Developing a set of objectives and activities as special chapters on migration and diaspora. Developing 5 local communication plans to effectively deliver the information about the newly developed actions plans to the appropriate stakeholders.

Adapt economic reintegration and opportunities methodology for PV /VoTs to the context of human trafficking in and from Albania. Organization of workshops for the presentation of the reintegration and economic opportunities program. Training of the internal coaches on the program and training of 255 public employees on life skills and soft skills for the social economic reintegration of PV/VoTs and standard procedures for referral, treatment and psycho-social support of PV/VoTs. Engage private and public sector and mapping of social protection and labor market reintegration measures available for PV / VoTs. Implementation of the training cycle for 475 participants in 10 municipalities Tirane, Elbasan, Vlore, Shkoder, Vau Dejes, Malesi e Madhe, Kukes, Diber, Mat, Bulqize aiming the economic and social reintegration of PV/VoTs. Organize activities for enrolling the participants in VTCs, Skills Courses, Start Ups, Internships, Labor Offices. Collaboration with relevant municipalities and other public institutions involved in the program. Supporting on job mediation of the beneficiaries of the program, supporting the new start ups and follow up of the business.

Organization of workshops for the presentation of the reintegration and economic opportunities program. Training of the internal coaches on the program and training of 80 public employees on standard procedures for referral, treatment and psycho-social support of PVoT/VoT. Engage private and public sector and mapping of social protection and labor market reintegration measures available for PVoT / VoT. Implementation of the training cycle for 130 participants in 5 municipalities Shkoder, Diber, Mat, Klos, Bulqize aiming for the economic and social reintegration of PVoT/VoT. Organize activities for enrolling the participants in VTCs, Soft Skills, ICT Skills, Digital Marketing, Start Ups, Internships, and close collaboration with Agencies of Employment and Skills. Collaboration with relevant municipalities and other public institutions involved in the program. Supporting on-the-job mediation for 25 program beneficiaries, providing financial support for 12 new startups and follow-up.
